I very rarely hear that you have problems with your technical dentistry.
But what I do hear is:
  • You don’t get enough of your best option dentistry off the shelf!
  • Your staff is not working together … as a team.
  • Patients don’t understand the need for treatment.
So, you can’t solve any of the above management, communication or relationship problems with a technical solution. And, you’ve got a lot of continuing education and have become technically proficient with many different procedures and protocols. Sorry, that won’t help you here.
  1. How can your team work together when all they’ve got to get excited about is a new patient complaining about a $5 co-pay!?
  2. How can you get the patient to accept your best option dental care if you don’t know what’s important to them?
Solution: You can find out how to solve these problems with our new Video Training Course ... The Top 10 New Patient Questions. It is 6 modules of video training that cover how to have the new patient eating out of your hand in 10 minutes. It covers the relationship part of your New Patient Exam.

But, if you are picking up the mirror and explorer as soon as you walk into the room with your new patient, then you’ll be thinking about teeth and gums immediately and NOT thinking about how to build a relationship with this person.

Or, if you can just tell the patient what they need and have them breaking a leg in their rush to get to the front desk to schedule ... well, you don’t need this training.
This 6 Module Video Training gets you the answers to:

          - Why the patient is in your office today?
          - What matters to the patient?
          - What the patient wants?
          - How the patient wants it?
          - When the patient wants to start?

The Top 10 New Patient Questions brings out all of the answers to these questions. With this kind of information, you are unstoppable!

All you have to do is click here we’ll deliver your first video training. If you don’t see the benefits for yourself and your patient, cancel after the first training and get all of your money back. It’s guaranteed!
I’m increasing your discount today. The entire 6 module CD course with transcripts is usually only $397.00 + shipping. But you can get the entire downloadable video course for only $197.00 ... $97.00 for a limited time.

Does Your Hygienist Recommend $20/week?!

Three years ago my clinical assistant (for 12 years) left me to go to Hygiene School.

I actually wanted her to go ... she’ll be an asset to our profession, and, she is like a daughter to me.

She’s out now and working for a friend one day a week.

Recently she mentioned to a patient that they might benefit from a night guard/NTI appliance.  I guess he didn’t want to be upstaged by a lowly hygienist ... he shut her down.  Humiliated her in front of a patient.

Boy, did he screw up royally!! ... for 2 reasons.

  1. In general, you will pay a HUGE price if you reprimand a staff member in front of a patient.
  2. And next, THIS hygienist is no ordinary hygienist.  She has seen and assisted with major surgical procedures ... flap and osseous recontouring, open flap curettage, gingivectomies, and surgical correction for ischemic bone disease.  She knows what a 3 wall periodontal defect and diseased cortical plate looks like (she knows what healthy cortical plate looks like too).  She has assisted in full mouth reconstruction with inlays, onlays, crowns, and almost every clinical restorative procedure or protocol you can imagine.  Her radiographs are second to none!  And, she always studied her films and asked challenging questions about the anatomy and about my diagnosis.
Boy, did he screw up royally!

She can recommend $20K a week in restorative procedures ... just from the patients in hygiene.

What the hell is he doing?  Is he CRAZY?  You don’t kill the golden goose!

What are you doing with your hygienist?  Is she golden?  Maybe silver?

I’ll show you some education to raise the level of her career (along with your bottom line) and tell you about the ‘Dental Dance’ with your hygienist next week.

Get your check book out ... I’m going to make you an offer that you can’t refuse.

peace, Peter

today's news - Africa starting to make good on claim

Ghana (just today) is declaring a ban on mercury products by 2020.  This is in an effort to ratify the treaty agreed to at the Minamata Convention.

In the U.S., John Kerry, Secretary of State, has been asked to find out why the FDA is dragging its feet on the issue of ratifying the treaty.

You don’t want to be the last in your town to figure this out ... 33% of adult Americans are looking for organic, recycling, going green and pursuing alternative health care possibilities.

Dentistry for Whole Body Health is making more and more sense.

This Is The New Hygienist In Your Practice

My hygienist is concerned with the health of the patient’s gums and bone and she lets me know if a margin on one of the patient’s new crowns catches the floss.  She tells me where she sees caries or fractures (in enamel and restorations).  She confirms that the patient is or is NOT wearing their appliance (NGs, NTIs and RPDs).  She informs me when the patient entered the practice (yes, I forget too!) and when they will need a new comprehensive exam (usually 5 -8 years).
The value of the hygienist’s ability to help maintain the supporting structures of the teeth has made her invaluable to practice growth because ... my work doesn’t mean much if the teeth aren’t going to be around when the patient is 90+.

So I ask her ... will our work endure?

Because of this question, her job description has changed from – someone in my office who cleans teeth to someone who transitions the patient into long-term (ideal BioCompatible) dentistry.

Huge difference ... for the purpose of the practice, the hygienist’s career, the patient’s health and the profitability of the business.

Go ahead and re-write the job description for YOUR hygienist.

peace, Peter
